摘要:
通过政策文件梳理与重点文献分析，系统性回顾与总结我国农村订单定向医学生项目的发展。结果显示，农村订单定向医学生项目实施以来取得了良好成效，但也存在培养体系不完善、激励制度不健全等问题。对此，应完善培养体系，开展农村订单定向医学生院校教育、毕业后教育和继续医学教育全阶段培养；创新使用激励机制，加快改革薪酬制度，落实政策激励措施，鼓励地方政策创新，使农村订单定向医学生“下得去、留得住、用得上、发展好”。
Abstract:
Through analyzing relevant policy documents and key literature, the development of rural order oriented medical student projects in China was systematically reviewed and summarized. The results show that the rural order oriented medical student project has achieved good results, but there are also problems such as incomplete training system and inadequate incentive system. In this regard, it is necessary to enhance the training system to ensure that medical students have learning opportunities at every stage of their education including institutional education, post-graduate education, and continuing medical education, innovate the use of incentive mechanisms, accelerate the reform of the salary system, implement policy incentive measures, and encourage local policy innovation, in order to ensure rural order oriented medical students to "go down, stay, use, and develop well".
