摘要:
目的：基于公立医院高质量发展评价指标，评估各省（区、市）智慧医院建设成效，提出优化建议。方法：从电子病历应用水平、智慧服务与智慧管理三个维度，评估各省（区、市）智慧医院建设成效；采用聚类分析，总结智慧医院发展模式。结果：各省（区、市）智慧医院的电子病历应用水平已达预期，智慧服务和智慧管理水平存在显著地域差异；聚类分析显示，智慧医院发展主要分为多中心分散型、省会集中型和双引擎驱动型三种模式。结论：各地应结合经济、医疗发展水平，选择适宜的智慧医院发展模式，同时注重数据安全保护和区域协同发展。
Abstract:
Objective To assess the effectiveness of smart hospital construction based on the evaluation indexes of high-quality development of public hospitals in each province, and to put forward optimization suggestions. Methods From the three dimensions of electronic medical record application level, smart service and smart management, the effectiveness of smart hospital construction in each province (municipality or autonomous region) was assessed. Cluster analysis was used to summarize the development model of smart hospitals. Results The level of electronic medical record application of smart hospitals in each province(municipality or autonomous region) had reached the expectation, and there were significant regional differences in the level of smart service and smart management. The cluster analysis showed that the development of smart hospitals was mainly divided into three models of multi-center decentralized, provincial capital centralized, and dual-engine driven. Conclusion Each region should combine the level of economic and medical development to choose the appropriate smart hospital development model, while focusing on data security protection and regional synergistic development.
