摘要:
在分析DRG支付与公立医院高质量发展目标关联的基础上，根据样本医院的DRG支付管理实践与运行指标，探析DRG支付在公立医院高质量发展中的功能。研究发现，实施DRG支付后，医院服务能力、效率与质量得到不同程度改善，费用控制产生效果，管理水平得到提升。与此同时，DRG支付在制度设计、政策协同等方面给医院带来许多挑战，未来还需进一步优化相关设计与管理。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the relationship between DRG payment and the high-quality development goal of public hospitals, and according to the DRG payment management practice and operation index of sample hospitals, this paper probes into the function of DRG payment in the high-quality development of public hospitals. The study found that after the implementation of DRG payment, the hospital service capacities, efficiency and quality have been improved in varying degrees, cost control has produced an effect, and the management level has been improved. At the same time, DRG payment brings many challenges to hospitals in terms of system design and policy coordination, and the related design and management need to be further optimized in the future.
