摘要:
目的:分析医共体内县级医院医务人员下沉意愿及影响因素,为促进医共体建设提供参考。方法:以医共体内县级医院医务人员为调查对象进行问卷调查,采用描述性统计分析、单因素方差分析、多因素Logistic回归分析等方法进行数据分析。结果:73.1%的县级医院医务人员愿意下沉基层,月收入、工作岗位、医共体政策了解程度等因素对下沉意愿具有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论:医共体建设应优化激励机制,强化经济与非经济激励协同;优化内部管理机制,促进资源合理分配;加大政策宣传力度,完善人才培养机制,进一步提升县级医院医务人员下沉意愿。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the willingness and influencing factors of medical personnel in county-level hospitals to work in primary healthcare institutions within medical communities, and to provide reference for promoting the development of medical communities. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among medical personnel in county-level hospitals within medical communities. Descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression analysis were used for data statistics. Results 73.1% of county-level hospital medical personnel expressed willingness to work in primary healthcare institutions. Factors including monthly income, job position, and familiarity with medical community policies significantly influenced the willingness(P<0.05). Conclusion To enhance the willingness of medical personnel in county-level hospitals to work in primary healthcare institutions , medical communities should optimize incentive mechanisms by strengthening the synergy between economic and non-economic incentives, improve internal management systems to promote rational resource allocation, and intensify policy promotion and improve talent training mechanisms.
