摘要:
按病种付费是医疗服务收费制度改革的重要内容之一，可以在很大程度上弥补按项目付费的不足，有利于控制医疗费用不合理增长、提高医保资金使用效益。如何确定病种收付费的标准是实施按病种付费的重点和难点，为此建立了病种成本核算模型，以弥补现有病种成本核算方法的不足。
