摘要:
浙江省仙居县在新医改背景下，创新县域医疗卫生服务共同体，就帮扶托管、组织结构、资源整合、价格调整、健康管理和人事薪酬方面提出了模式构想及政策建议。
Abstract:
In the context of the new medical reform，Xianju County of Zhejiang Province has innovated the county medical and health service community to propose model ideas and policy recommendations for supporting trusteeship，organizational structure，resource integration，price adjustment，health management and personnel compensation.
