摘要:
目的：了解全国基本公共卫生服务疾控项目进展，发现存在的问题，提出政策建议。方法：通过对样本地区的问卷调查、现场访谈和电话访谈等，收集样本人群预防接种、慢性病健康管理和严重精神障碍患者管理等项目的进展资料，分析存在的问题。结果：预防接种项目开展较好，慢性病和严重精神障碍患者管理项目开展一般，且地区间存在明显差异。结论：继续推进预防接种工作，改善服务态度和质量；继续提高慢性病和严重精神障碍患者档案规范化管理水平，促进项目进展及患者病情控制的地区间公平。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the progress of the national basic public health service disease control project，identify existing problems，and propose policy recommendations. Methods Through the questionnaire survey，on-site interview，and telephone interview in the sample area，data of the sample population's vaccination，chronic disease health management，and management of patients with severe mental disorders were collected，and the existing problems were analyzed. Results The vaccination program was carried out well. The management programs for patients with chronic diseases and severe mental disorders were general. There were significant differences between regions. Conclusion China should continue to promote vaccination work，improve service attitude and quality，continue to improve the standardized management level of patients with chronic diseases and severe mental disorders，and promote the progress of the project and the regional fairness of patients' disease control.
