摘要:
DRG工具与传统医疗指标相比，在医疗费用管理上有明显优势。公立医院可科学运用DRG工具将不合理医疗费用定位到重点病组、科室和医师（组），通过层层展开、分析对比，找出不合理原因，从业务层面研判、管控，并进行内部绩效考核、结果持续追踪，达到精准控制不合理医疗费用的目的。
Abstract:
Compared with traditional medical indicators， DRG tools have obvious advantages in medical expense management. Public hospitals can use DRG tools to locate unreasonable medical expenses to key disease groups， departments， and physicians (groups). DRG tools， through unfolding， analysis and comparison， can identify unreasonable causes， and judge， control， and conduct internal performance from the business level. The assessment and results are continuously tracked to achieve the purpose of accurately controlling unreasonable medical expenses.
