摘要:
目前，我国网络销售处方药主体准入门槛高，处方信息真实可靠性低，行业责任认定标准缺失，指导合理用药难度大，医保系统与互联网药品销售系统对接困难，互联网售药监管挑战巨大。借鉴国外经验，我国应加快推进网上药店医保支付，积极发挥行业协会作用，创新智慧监管模式，有条件放开处方药互联网经营，限制网络销售处方药品种，完善法律法规，加大惩罚力度，确保患者用药安全。
Abstract:
At present, China's online sales of prescription drug subjects have high barriers to entry, low authenticity of prescription information, lack of industry responsibility identification standards, difficulty in guiding rational drug use, difficulty in matching medical insurance systems and Internet drug sales systems, and big challenges on Internet drug sales supervision. Learn from foreign experience, China should accelerate the insurance payments of online pharmacies, play the actively role of industry associations, innovate smart supervision models, and conditionally open the Internet operation of prescription drugs, restrict the online sale types of prescription drugs, improve laws and regulations, increase punishment, and ensure patients' safety of drug use.
