摘要:
目的：为提升大数据在药品安全监管中的应用价值提供参考。方法：通过查阅文献、现场调查、访谈和问卷调查等方式，以A市为例，了解大数据在药品安全监管中的应用现状，对收集的资料进行整理分析。结果：A市建立了含特殊药品复方制剂大数据监控云平台，采用最新的云计算、大数据分析技术，实现平台信息化管理、数据接口管理和已有数据导入、预定义报表，以及大数据统计分析等功能；A市药监部门和经营企业对目前的大数据应用具备一定的认知度和满意度，但仍存在改进的空间。结论：通过建立专门的药品监管数据库、提高相关管理者的大数据应用意识、大
Abstract:
Objective To provide reference for improving the application value of big data in drug safety supervision. Methods By consulting the literature, on-spot investigation, interview and questionnaire survey, this paper takes A city as an example to understand the application status of big data in drug safety supervision, and collate and analyze the collected data. Results City A has established a big data monitoring cloud platform containing special drug compound preparations; achieved platform information management, data interface management and existing data import, predefined reports, as well as big data statistical analysis and other functions using the latest cloud computing and big data analysis technology.Drug supervision departments and operating enterprises in City A have a certain of recognition and satisfaction with the current big data application, but there is still room for improvement. Conclusion By establishing a special drug regulatory database, improving the relevant managers awareness of big data application, training big data management and technical personnel vigorously, introducing advanced data technology, strengthening legislation to ensure data security to further enhance the application value of big data in drug safety supervision.
