摘要:
利用BJ—DRGs相关指标，收集山西省22家三甲综合医院2016年的病案首页数据，利用BJ—DRGs，构建了包括医疗服务能力、服务效率、医疗服务安全和质量、学科发展均衡性4个维度6个指标的临床服务能力综合评价指标体系，对其住院服务进行绩效评价。结果认为，利用DRG风险调整工具可以有效提高住院服务绩效评价的科学性和可靠性，同时也为山西省开展医疗机构绩效评价工作奠定了基础。
Abstract:
This study collected the data of the medical records of the 22 Grade IIIA general hospitals in Shanxi province in 2016. By using BJ-DRGs, this study built clinical service capacity comprehensive evaluation index system including medical service capacity, service efficiency, medical service safety and quality, and discipline development equilibrium to evaluate performance of inpatient services. Results showed that the use of DRG risk adjustment tools can effectively improve the scientificity and reliability of inpatient service performance evaluation, and also build the foundation for the implementation of performance evaluation of medical institutions in Shanxi province.
