摘要:
目的：调研重庆市渝中区社区居民对“互联网+”社区卫生服务的认知与使用状况。方法：选取8个社区卫生服务中心，采用1对1的方式进行现场调研，运用描述性统计分析和相关性分析处理数据资料。结果：社区居民对网上平台的知晓度较高，但是对相关政策的知晓度较低；对“互联网+”社区卫生服务的使用意愿较高，但是使用的服务功能较为单一。结论：政府发挥推行“互联网+”社区卫生服务的主导力量；优化网上医疗卫生服务平台操作流程，提高网上平台使用便捷性；拓展“互联网+”社区卫生服务内容，丰富服务项目。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the recognition and use of "Internet +" community health services among community residents in Yuzhong District, Chongqing. Methods Eight community health service centers were selected, and face-to-face interviews were conducted. Descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis were used to analyze data. Results Community residents had a high level awareness of online service platforms, but low of related policies. They reported high willingness to use "Internet +" community health services, but the service functions they used were relatively simple. Conclusion Government should play a leading role in promoting "Internet +" community health services. It is necessary to optimize the operation process of online service platform, and improve the convenience of online platform use. It is also recommended to expand "Internet +" community health services content.
