摘要:
目的：探讨公立医院业财融合与SPD模式协同应用的实施情况及效果，为提升医院运营效率提供参考。方法：构建涵盖战略层、运营层、支撑层的医用物资精细化管理体系，结合案例医院的实践数据，对比协同策略实施前后的各项业务指标变化。结果：协同策略实施后，案例医院在效率指标、成本指标、质量指标及满意度等方面均有显著改善，验证了业财融合与SPD模式协同策略的可行性与有效性，为医用物资精细化管理提供了可复制路径。结论：未来应强化医院数据治理、应用智能化技术，深化业财融合与SPD模式协同策略的深度应用场景，推动医用物资精细化管理水平实现质的飞跃。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the implementation and effectiveness the collaborative application of business-finance integration and SPD model in public hospitals, and to provide reference for improving hospital operational efficiency. Methods The refined medical supply management system encompassing strategic, operational, and support layer was established. Using practical data from the case hospital, the changes in key business indicators before and after implementing collaborative strategies were compared. Results After the implementation of the collaborative strategy, the case hospital demonstrated significant improvements in efficiency metrics, cost indicators, quality measures, and satisfaction levels, which validated the feasibility and effectiveness of the collaborative strategies of business-finance integration and SPD model, providing a replicable pathway for refined management of medical supplies. Conclusion In the future, it is necessary to strengthen hospital data governance, apply intelligent technology, deepen the deep application scenarios of collaboration strategies of business-finance integration and SPD model, and promote a qualitative leap in the level of refined management of medical supplies.
