摘要:
建立科学、合理的绩效考核评价机制是推进公立医院改革的一项重要举措。本文以绩效考核概念为切入点，分析了三级公立医院绩效考核制度的内涵，从制度设计和制度实施两个层面提出相关思考与建议，为三级公立医院绩效考核的开展提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Establishing a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal and evaluation mechanism is an important measure to promote the reform of public hospitals. This paper took the concept of performance appraisal as the starting point， analyzed the connotation of the performance appraisal system of the tertiary public hospitals， and put forward relevant thoughts and suggestions from system design and system implementation， which provided reference for the development of performance appraisal of the tertiary public hospitals.
