摘要:
公立医院作为公益二类事业单位,已全面实施岗位绩效工资改革。科学、合理、有效的奖励性绩效工资方案的设计与实施,关系到公立医院能否有效吸引、稳定和激励医务人员。当前,公立医院奖励性绩效工资分配仍存在一些不足。对此,提出了构建多元化、多维度、分层级的绩效考核分配体系的总体设计,并介绍了上海市第十人民医院的具体做法,以期为公立医院薪酬改革积累实践经验。
Abstract:
As a public welfare class II institution,public hospitals have fully implemented post performance salary reform.The scientifically,reasonably,and effectively design and implementation of incentive performance salary is related to public hospitals can effectively attract,stabilize,and motivate medical staff.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the distribution of incentive performance salary in public hospitals. In this regard,this study proposes the overall design of building a diversified,multi-dimensional,and hierarchical performance distribution system,and introduces the specific practices of Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital,and wish to provide practical experiences for public hospital salary reform.
