摘要:
当前，DRG付费已在全国范围内快速推广，旨在推动医疗服务的流程化、标准化与可控化；而中医骨伤科强调辨证施治，其个体化治疗的本质特征与DRG付费之间存在天然的制度适配性矛盾。对此，中医骨伤科临床路径应实现标准化管理与个体化治疗的协同发展，突破以病种为中心的线性临床路径模型，通过以“证型分期路径”“中医干预价值识别”“路径绩效挂钩”为核心的适配策略，结合信息化与循证研究手段，推动传统经验医学向现代规范医学转型。
Abstract:
Abstract: At present, Diagnosis Related Groups(DRG) payment has been rapidly implemented nationwide, with the aim of promoting the standardization, systematization, and controllability of medical services. However, Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) orthopedics emphasizes treatment based on syndrome differentiation. There exists a natural institutional compatibility contradiction between the essential characteristic of individualized treatment and DRG payment. In response, clinical pathways in TCM Orthopedics should achieve the coordinated development of standardized management and individualized treatment, breaking away from the disease-centered linear clinical pathway model. By adaptation strategy centered on "syndrome-based staged pathways", "value recognition of TCM interventions", and "performance-linked pathway management", combined with information technology and evidence-based methods, the transformation from traditional empirical medicine to modern standardized medicine will be promoted.
