摘要:
基于DRG与DIP的原理机制、影响机制、效果机制的比较分析，探索我国医保支付方式改革的治理路径：加强医疗费用管控，建立医保基金可持续发展机制；提高服务质量，建立医疗服务提质增效机制；改善医疗服务绩效，建立医疗评价监督考核机制；完善医疗服务定价，建立医务人员收入增长机制。
Abstract:
Based on the comparative analysis of the principle mechanism, influence mechanism and effect mechanism of DRG and DIP, this paper explored the governance path of medical insurance payment reform in China. Firstly, it is suggested to strengthen the management and control of medical expenses, and establish a sustainable development mechanism for medical insurance funds. Secondly, it is necessary to improve service quality, and establish a mechanism for improving the quality and efficiency of medical services. Thirdly, it is recommended to improve medical service performance, and establish a medical evaluation, supervision and assessment mechanism. Finally, authors suggested to improve medical service pricing, and establish a mechanism for medical personnel income growth.
