摘要:
DRG系统具有复杂性和特殊性，在不同国家和地区的应用有很大差异。通过对DRG的最新研究进展进行综述，提出其在分组机制及本土化、收付费改革方面存在的难点，以及应用推广中需注意的问题，为我国DRG收付费改革提供参考。
Abstract:
DRG system has the feature of complexity and particularity,and its application in different countries and regions is very different.By reviewing the latest research progress of DRG,this paper puts forward the difficulties in grouping mechanism,localization and charging reform,as well as the problems needing attention in application and promotion, so as to provide reference for the reform of charging and payment of DRG in China.
