摘要:
通过对美国创新医疗技术在Medicare中的支付经验，特别是DRG支付方式经验进行总结研究，提出我国完善创新医疗技术收付费政策的建议：开展新技术成本核算，根据阈值设置额外收付费标准，为需要发展证据的新技术建立特殊通道，加强新技术收付费审核的透明性并建立全国性协调机构。
Abstract:
Through the research on the payment experience of American innovative medical technology in Medicare， especially the experience of DRG payment method， the paper puts forward suggestions on perfecting the payment policy of innovative medical technology in China: carrying out new technology cost accounting， setting additional payment standard according to threshold， establishing special channels for new evidence-based technologies， strengthening the transparency of new technology collection and payment review， and establishing a national coordination body.
