摘要:
中医是我国医疗体系的重要组成部分，目前在纳入DRG分组时存在与DRG体系适配性不足、标准化程度不高等痛点和难点。对此，建议通过采取中医证候和西医病名双重诊断模式、加快中医干预信息标准化建设、提高中医病案首页质量等方式，加快落实中医DRG支付改革。
Abstract:
Traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of medical system in China. At present, there are some pain points and difficulties such as inadequate compatibility between traditional Chinese medicine and DRG system, and low standardization in traditional Chinese medicine, when traditional Chinese medicine is included in DRG grouping. In this regard, in order to promote the implementation of DRG payment reform for traditional Chinese medicine, it is recommended to adopt a dual diagnosis model of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and Western medicine diseases, accelerate the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine intervention information, and improve the quality of the first page of traditional Chinese medicine medical records.
