摘要:
目的:构建纳入DRG指标的公立医院综合绩效管理指标体系,分析DRG付费方式改革与公立医院绩效管理之间的关系。方法:基于熵值法和案例分析法,介绍样本医院纳入DRG指标的综合绩效管理实践。结果:纳入DRG相关指标的绩效评价体系,能够显著提升医院绩效管理水平,有助于医疗服务增质提效,并且对医院成本控制和医疗费用规范具有积极作用。结论:为了更好地适应DRG付费方式改革,公立医院必须彻底改变过去扩张型战略,逐步落实“三转变三提高”。
Abstract:
Objective To construct a comprehensive performance management index system for public hospitals incorporating DRG, and to analyze the relationship between the reform of DRG payment and performance management in public hospitals. Methods Based on the entropy value method and case study method, the comprehensive performance management practices of sample hospitals incorporating DRG were introduced. Results The performance evaluation system incorporating DRG indicators could significantly improve the hospital performance management level, increase the quality and efficiency of medical services, and had a positive effect on hospital cost control and medical expense standardization. Conclusion In order to better adapt to the reform of DRG payment, public hospitals should completely change the past expansion-oriented strategy and gradually implement the "three changes and three improvements".
