摘要:
信息化高速发展背景下，公立医院亟需搭建适用于不同层级管理者的DRG智慧运营系统。DRG智慧运营系统以大数据为抓手，有效整合、深度挖掘医院的经营数据，通过多维度分析，定位问题，追本溯源到医疗业务，帮助管理者制定战略方针，促进医院内部经营管理提质增效。
Abstract:
Under the background of rapid development of informatization, it is necessary to build DRG smart operation systems suitable for managers at different levels in public hospitals. Using big data as a tool, DRG smart operation systems effectively integrates and deeply mines the operation data of hospitals. Through multi-dimensional analysis, DRG smart operation systems can locate the problems, trace back the root cause to the medical business, help managers to formulate a strategic policy, and promote the quality and efficiency of internal operation management of hospitals.
