摘要:
以连云港市某三甲医院为例，选取临床科室备受关注、亟待解决的6个代表性病种，通过问卷调查分析医务人员对按病种付费实施现状的满意度。根据调查结果，将传统的按病种付费细化，分为医疗、护理、手术、麻醉、病理五部分，基于临床路径规范并结合物价系统，测算制定各分段的费用标准，借助信息化手段，最终实现按病种付费分段控制标准化。
Abstract:
Taking a IIIA hospital in Lianyungang as an example，six representative diseases that have received much attention and showed urgent need to be solved in the clinical department were selected. The questionnaire survey was conducted to collected date of the satisfaction of medical staff on the implementation status of the disease-based payment. According to the survey results，the traditional case-based payment refinement was divided into five parts: medical，nursing，surgery，anesthesia，and pathology. Based on the clinical path specification and combined with the price system，the cost standard for each segment was calculated. In the end，standardization of disease-based segmentation control is realized via information technology.
