摘要:
浙江省丽水市积极探索长期住院病例按床日付费模式，以住院费用总额预算为基础，与DRG点数法付费方式相结合，将长期住院病例按床日支付标准转换成点数后进行付费。经过一年的运行，取得了一定的成效，但也存在一些局限，应完善按床日支付规则，建立床日点数付费新机制。
Abstract:
Lishui City, Zhejiang Province actively explores the per-diem payment model for long-term hospitalized cases, which is based on the total hospital cost budget and combined with the DRG point payment to convert long-term hospitalized cases into points. After a year of operation, it has achieved certain results, but there are also some limitations. We should improve the per-diem payment rules and establish a new per-diem payment mechanism.
