摘要:
介绍了在医保支付制度改革的背景下，北京市某三级综合医院基于DRG的临床路径管理体系建设实践。在推动过程中，医院通过调整组织架构、开发信息系统、落实配套监管、建立奖惩机制，将基于DRG的临床路径管理体系广泛应用于临床管理实践，有利于在DRG付费的大背景下规范医院诊疗流程、提升医疗服务品质、合理控制诊疗费用、推动医院精细化运营。
Abstract:
In the context of the medical insurance payment system reform, this study introduced the practice of DRG-based clinical pathway management system construction in a tertiary general hospital in Beijing. During the implementation, this hospital adjusted the organizational structure, developed information systems, enhanced supervision, and established rewards and punishment mechanisms, so that DRG-based clinical path management system could be widely used in clinical management practices. In the context of DRG, this was beneficial to standardize diagnosis and treatment process, improve the quality of medical services, reasonably control the medical cost, and promote the refined operation of the hospital.
