摘要:
以X医院为例,深入剖析公立医院绩效分配工作的难点,充分考虑临床业务特点,建立绩效分配与医疗业务相融合、体现技术劳务价值的公立医院医护人员综合绩效分配方案,同时对绩效分配方案进行不断总结和持续完善。
Abstract:
Taking Hospital X as an example, we analyzed the difficulties of performance allocation in public hospitals. When fully considered the characteristics of clinical operations, it is suggested to establish a comprehensive performance allocation scheme for medical and nursing staff in public hospitals that integrates performance allocation with medical operations and reflects the value of technical labour, while continuously summarizing and improving the performance allocation scheme.
